- Blind Retriever : A fun activity where the teams are divided into 2 parts. Now 1 player will put on a blindfold as they have to go inside the room and grab the object. The team helps the player wearing the blindfold, to guide and assist them. They cannot enter the room and instructions can only be passed on verbally. First to grab the object wins.
- Perfect Square : In this activity, all the players are blindfolded and have a long rope. It is laid down on the ground in a circle formation. And then the players while being blindfolded have to move the ropes so it forms a square.
- Two truths and One Lie : This game is played between a pair. While 1 member speaks one lie and two truths, the other member has to find out the lie between these 3 statements.
- Office debate : Like any other debate, this game happens between 2 teams. But the objective is not to have some heated debate like in news we see, but it can be over silly topics. The jury decides which team presented their arguments in a better constructive manner.
- Team Lunch : Not much needs to be said about this. The whole objective is to form a habit within team members to enjoy each other’s company while having lunch. Another fun way to incorporate this can be through potluck. Where members bring their own food, from home or someplace else and then it gets distributed among all the team members.
- Egg Drop : To play this game, the members are divided into 2 teams. Each team is given a raw egg, plastic straws, a piece of cardboard and 1 meter of duct tape. Now the whole objective is to save the egg from the high drop. The team who is able to save the egg will win.
- Spectrum Mapping : Start by choosing some topics for which you would like to get some ideas and insights on the topic. It does not have to be work related, or even corporate subjects for that matter. Ask the employees to write the ideas on the white board. And once all the ideas have been written, the employees then work as a group to organize these different ideas on the board. And the team with the most unique, out of the box idea wins.
- Pair up : Now this game works by finding the pair of individual topic. For eg, King and Queen, Salt & Pepper, etc. But they will be written individually on a sticky note which will be stuck to the players back.
- Stop Walk : To play this game, the team is divided into 2 parts. And this game depends on your active listening skills. When the speaker commands to stand up, the team member stands up and if instructed to sit, they sit. But the speaker at any point of time can also reverse the command. Means, if the speaker commands to sit, the players need to stand up. The last team members remaining win.
