Firewalking is practiced by different people from different cultures. It’s a very old activity which goes back around 1200 BC. People have different experiences from this activity. Many people reported that they have found their inner peace, understood what’s holding them back, understood failures in careers and relationships, less anxiety and negative thoughts and more clarity.


The lesson is about what it takes to get through it and not about the fire. After this participants has adopted a healthy lifestyle. They have become more financially stable, have lost weight, started achieving goals and have a positive mentality.

Many people think that glass walking is very difficult and they will not be able to do it. They are scared to get hurt but it has proven to be a therapeutic experience. The trick is not surprising but it is actually mindful. Every step is taken slowly, carefully and with caution. You focus on the glass beneath your foot and really feel it before you place any weight on that foot.


People enjoy this activity a lot because their movement, focus and breathing are in that movement and that is a great place for your head to be.

Nail Walk

"The nail walk requires a totally different approach: the pressure, focused, slow, determined. This experiential learning or workshops experiences around goal setting, self-efficacy, resilience, mindfulness."

Barefoot on stainless steel nails requires you to pay 100% attention. This activity teaches absolute certainty on a successful outcome and how to move forward with that. This tells us how the person should be focused and goal oriented.

It will be shocking how the room is filled with silence and tension when one person is walking on nails. As soon as the person takes the last step, people burst out with cheer and happiness. This helps in changing the negative mindset from ‘I can’t’ to ‘I can’ .


This activity generally takes around 1.5 to 2 hours. It can take longer too depending on the outcome. It helps in improving blood circulation, increases energy levels, alleviate aches and pains, reduces stress and improves sleep.
